Wife For Life (“Wedsite”) and you  (“Customer”) have agreed to these terms of use.

The Wife For Life company provides a dating and partner-finding platform. We use a mobile website and smartphone application to deliver our goods and services.

Website is open to every adult over 25 years of age, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria below. If you are under 25 years of age, you are not authorized to access the Website.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF CONDITIONS

By registering for an account on Wife For Life, you accept our terms of use, which are incorporated into these terms. You also agree that you have read and understand our Privacy and Cookie policies, as well as any other or special terms that may apply when you use or purchase particular services. You must cease using the Website if you do not agree to be bound by our Terms of Use.

• You understand and accept that the Website’s main goal is to give singles the chance to interact with each other in order to start serious relationships as couples.

• You have never been convicted of an unlawful act involving fraud, a sexual offence, violence (including domestic violence), harassment, terrorism or a hate crime.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate your access or Membership at any time if you do not meet any of these conditions. You must respect and comply with the purposes of the Website at all times.

2. REGISTRATION

The purchase for the Membership package is a must for registering on the Website. It is not advisable to open several accounts.

In order to finish your profile on the Website, you must submit all relevant information (including photos) and maintain the accuracy of that information. You understand and consent to the fact that a portion of this data will be posted on the Website.

All adults over 25 who match the eligibility requirements below are welcome to use our website. You are not permitted to use the Website and should stop using them right away if you are younger than 25.

 3. RIGHT TO WEBSITE

 The following guidelines govern your usage of our Website. You always represent and warrant that:

• You are able to prove this because you are older than 25.
• You meet the requirements listed on the website for registration.
• You acknowledge that you will abide by these Terms.
• You’ll give accurate, truthful, and correct information. You specifically need to be sincere and truthful when filling out your profile and interacting with other users and the website.

 Customers are required to give correct and true information both during the registration process and any subsequent time. You give up all rights to pursue legal action against us for any disclosure and distribution of information, data, text, content, videos, and images about you, including any claims for potential infringement of your image or personal rights, honor, reputation, or privacy rights that may result from the sharing of such information.

You are solely accountable for any actions taken using the credentials you used to register on the Website, and you are also responsible for keeping them confidential. In the event that you think someone has accessed your account, please get in touch with us right away at the address provided in the section below on requests and complaints.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

 Involves acting and speaking in a way that upholds a specific standard of ethics, showing respect for other Customers, our Customer support agents, and any applicable laws and regulations.

We allow any Customer to report any content (pictures, text, audio, video, etc.), behavior, or Customer comments that seem to contravene our Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations in order to uphold this quality level. The content that is restricted is not limited to what is listed below. You understand and agree that we may monitor and/or moderate the information you submit, as well as your conduct, submitted content, and comments, in compliance with our moderation policy.

It is required of you as a Customer to always abide by the following guidelines and to promise not to:

• Break one of our community rules.
• Publish any of your personal contact details or disseminate the personal details of another individual (phone number, email address, postal address, etc.) in any manner (such as in a photo or the profile description).
• Upload any content that infringes upon the rights of third parties, including contract rights, copyrights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property.

• Ask other Customers for their personal information for commercial or illegal purposes, or request passwords for any reason.
• Steal money from Customers or commit fraud.
• Bulk emailing of messages, spam; posting of any offensive, obscene, threatening, or pornographic information; promotes violence, or includes imagery of nudity, gratuitous violence, or both.
• Post any content that incites hatred, bigotry, terrorism, discrimination, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Publish any content that violates minors’ rights to privacy.
• Publish any illicit content or content that offers illicit goods or services;
• Defame, threaten, intimidate, harass, or engage in other forms of abuse against any individual.
• Use the Website for any nefarious or harmful purpose.
• Use the Website to harm us.
• Use the Website for purposes contrary to the purpose of the Website, in particular for commercial or political purposes.
• Use the Website for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms of Use.
• Use the Website to encourage or assist in the development of transactional personal relationships, sexual services, or non-consensual sexual actions.
• Access, retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any other way replicate or evade the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or its contents by using any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application, proxy, or other manual or automatic device, method, or process.
• Utilize the account of another person, share an account with another person, or keep multiple accounts.
• Use the Website to encourage or assist in the development of transactional personal relationships, sexual services, or non-consensual sexual actions.
• If your account has previously been terminated by the Website, please create a new one without our consent.
• Report anything about a Customer’s behavior or content that is untrue, deceptive, or obviously unjustified, or abuse the internal reporting or appeals process that is accessible to users.
• If you have broken these Terms, abused the services, or acted in a way that we deem improper or illegal, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without providing a refund. This includes making reference to any activity or correspondence that took place on or off the Website. In the case that you engage in any illegal behavior, we reserve the right to notify the appropriate authorities.
• This account deletion will happen without affecting any potential claims for damages and interest that we might have against you in order to make up for any losses we might have suffered due to your violation of these terms of use.

5. IDENTIFYING AND REPORTING INFORMATION THAT VIEWS FROM CONDUCT RULES OR IS ILLEGAL

• Provide us with all the information required to handle your report.

6. REPERCUSSIONS FOR VIOLATING OUR TERMS OF USE

Our moderation team will take appropriate action as soon as we discover content or behavior that breaches our Terms of Use. This action may include removing the offending content, banning the offending Customer, and blocking email addresses and other identifiers linked to malevolent individuals.

7. SERVICES

The option to establish an account profile is one of the most noteworthy free features and functionalities. To use certain search features, view other Customer’s profiles and interact with other Customers, you usually need to purchase a Membership.

8. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES

If you decide to make a purchase, you will be asked to confirm it with the relevant payment provider. You agree to allow us, Apple/Google, or any other third party account (as applicable), to charge you for the purchase(s) you have chosen at the prices displayed to you. Your payment method, such as a credit card or your third party account, such as Google Play’s Apple Pay, will be deducted from your account.

9. MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEWAL, AUTOMATIC CARD PAYMENT

Until the end of the current subscription term, your Payment Method will be charged for the Membership if you acquire an auto-recurring periodic Membership. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, your Membership will automatically renew for an additional equal period following your first Membership commitment period and again following any subsequent Membership period. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to pay any and all recurring fees for the duration of the Membership as well as any subsequent renewal periods, unless you cancel the Membership’s auto-renewal.

If you were invoiced directly by us, any complaints regarding a payment you have already paid should be sent to our Customer Care department at the address provided in the ‘Requests and Claims’ section below. However, unless you have canceled your Membership’s auto-renewal, you are still required to pay any unpaid balances to us until the conclusion of the relevant membership period.

10. RIGHT TO CANCEL STRAIGHT AFTER PURCHASE

Memberships start as soon as the purchase is confirmed. By removing your account, you can discontinue your Membership at any moment. The Membership charge for each month is non-refundable.

Your Membership does not expire if you remove our app from your smartphone. You must enter into your account and follow the instructions if you wish to stop the auto-renewal.

Additionally, we retain the right to stop your current Membership from automatically renewing at any moment, for example, if our offers change. If such is the case, we will notify you ahead of time that the automatic renewal will be canceled.

11. DELETING A PROFILE

You always have the option to “Delete Account” if you wish to get rid of your account. The Membership will end upon removal, and payments for the following month’s Membership will be discontinued. Your profile can be reactivated at any moment. Even if you stop using the Website, all Membership installments will still be owed and payable for the balance of their current terms even if your account is closed.

You can get in touch with our Customer Support team for assistance if you run into any problems.  After your account is closed, you’ll get an email confirmation.

 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All names, trademarks, logos, graphics, photos, videos, animations, texts, and other content displayed on the Website are either our exclusive property or are licensed or controlled by us. Reproduction, use, or communication of any of these without our express permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.

As long as you maintain an account with us, you are only allowed to use the materials for private and personal purposes. You may not use this for any other purpose. Similarly, you are not allowed to utilize user-generated content for anything other than personal and private use, including copying, reproducing, or in any other way utilizing it.

Copying, duplicating, downloading, broadcasting, transmitting, altering, commercially exploiting, and/or distributing any of the Website’s pages, content, or computer codes is forbidden, among other things. Any attempt to do so could result in legal action.

13. OUR OBLIGATIONS IN RELATIONSHIPS TO USE OF SERVICES

We specifically disclaim all responsibility for any occurrences of any kind that may arise between you and other users when interacting online or in “real life,” face-to-face.

When Customers register on the Website, we don’t confirm their true identity. Furthermore, users are solely responsible for any content they submit or publish on the Website; we neither manage nor completely regulate such information. But before being posted on the Website, user photos and profile details are reviewed.

We disclaim all liability for the truthfulness or falsity of any information and content submitted by you or other Customers, as well as for any negative effects that may result from your or their use of it.

In a similar vein, we disclaim any liability for any content posted by you or any other Customer that might violate your rights, the rights of several other Customers, or the rights of any third party.

14. SAFETY

By using the Website, you consent to interacting with other Customers and agree to take appropriate measures, especially if you choose to meet in person or contact offline. Furthermore, you consent to reading our safety guidelines before using the Website and to always abide by them when using it and dealing with other Customers.

You upload and/or reveal to other Customers any sensitive or confidential information at your own risk. Examples of this include personal information like your surname, email address, phone number, and postal address, as well as financial information like credit card or bank account details.

15. GENERAL LIABILITY

We shall only be liable for direct damages, as defined by applicable law, in the event that we do not deliver the Website in a manner compliant with these Terms of Use and all relevant laws and regulations. If a Customer causes any damages, we might not be responsible for them if they are the only ones at fault.
